All work related to adding or modifying domain names which are managed and owned by Indiana State University.

All work related to the assignment of IP addresses to ISU campus systems.

The IT Business Analysis service is used to request process analysis and improvement, digitization, and automation. Work with OIT to identify opportunities to increase efficiency by leveraging the software tools licensed by the campus.

More than 130 servers in the IT environment are Linux-based. These systems host Blackboard, Banner, ISU websites, and help support the research and development communities in the University. Any technical inquiries about existing systems, consultation for new systems, or requests for Linux system administration are initiated by this service. This service includes administration for enterprise Linux systems and may not be requested for desktop or personal operating systems.

OIT consultation, Q&A, training, or other personalized service.

This service is to request your area consultant to meet with an employee or supervisor of a new or departing employee. They will review the new employee or separation checklist and help check access and enter tickets to add or remove access for the new or separating employee.

Web sites and applications may be hosted in our enterprise environment. Access to the site or application may be limited to campus-only, to individual subnets, or not restricted at all. If you require a unique environment or expect a large amount of traffic, the site or application may be hosted independently from our existing web servers.
