If a process seems to take too long, involve too much effort, or use too much paper, there is often a technological solution that can offer some improvement. If an office or department is experiencing difficulties with an internal process, OIT will provide a consultation service to determine if there may be a better solution.
Standard Services and Features
We will first set up a discussion to confirm the details of the request. This will be followed up with a meeting that included the necessary experts from both the customer department and OIT. After the business case is detailed, OIT will provide a recommendation. If that recommendation results in an OIT project request, the consultant will assist in launching that request.
