Description
OIT provides consultation services upon request. Consultations may include topics such as reviewing new software, analyzing internal processes for digitization, answering questions about upcoming technology changes, or even training. These consultations can be set up as a one-to-one meeting, or OIT representative(s) can lead group training or sit-in on a departmental meeting.

Upon receiving the request, OIT will reach out to determine how best to fulfill the request.
SLA: You can expect this service to be completed in 5 business days.
Constraints/Scope
Only Faculty or Staff may request a consultation. Student groups who wish to have an OIT consultation should have their faculty/staff advisor submit the request.
