Standard Service Features

Report an issue or an error received while using the MyISU Portal or Mobile App:

  • Authentication Failure after Application Opens
  • Hangs after selection
  • Application or Page Opens – but is not readable
  • Service or Application is not available

SLA: You can expect a reply about this incident within 4 business hours.

Scope/Constraints

  • Access to many services within the Portal is based upon the user’s role at the university. For example, staff or faculty may not be provided access to the same applications as a student.
  • As the MyISU Portal is completely browser based, problems may arise due to your specific browser configuration.
  • OIT or any ISU department does not provide support for some applications. User Training and Assistance is often provided by the Vendor’s support services; often via “Help” within the application.
