How to Use Banner File Download (GJAJLIS)

Introduction

Banner File Download is a feature that allows users to download files that are saved on the Banner Job Submission server. The process to save the output to the GJRJLIS table has the option to convert plain text to PDF. Users may be granted access to view output created by other users than themselves per a request from the departmental security manager.

Note: OIT will need to enable the Banner process for use with File Download and set the parameter for plain text or PDF output.  Request access here (Or use the link in "Related Services).
