If you have an existing jack that is not active or not functioning, please contact the OIT Technology Support Center at x2910 and we will get the repair process started for you.

Good information to collect ahead of time includes:
• Primary contact information (phone, email, department)
• building, room number, and budget account for any charges
• the location in the room in which the jack is located or you would like it to be located
