Introduction
Qualtrics is a cloud based survey system. Qualtrics provides support to general users at ISU via live chat, phone, and email.
If you would like to know how to use Qualtrics as a beginner, a Quick Start Guide is available. If you need more in-depth knowledge or assistance in a specific feature of Qualtrics, please contact Qualtrics Support directly.
The following are instructions on how to contact Qualtrics support. You need to have an active Qualtrics account to contact Qualtrics Support.
Steps
1. You'll need a valid Qualtrics account first. Please refer to Qualtrics Account and Single Sign-On for how to acquire a Qualtrics account and how to login to Qualtrics.
2. The easiest way to access Qaltrics Support is to login to Qualtrics first.
2.1. Once you log in to Qualtrics, click on the ? logo on the top right corner, and you'll see the Support menu expanded on the right side.
2.2. Click on "Contact Support" button at the bottom of the support menu.
3. A new web page will open for Qualtrics Support. Click on "Get Technical Support".
4. On the technical support web page, select "Survey Platform" from the list of products.
5. Scroll to the bottom of the same web page, select Live Chat or Phone Call or Email as you prefer.
