University Account - Report an Issue

Description

University Accounts are automatically created when you are associated with the university in some way.  Once an account is created, it is associated with various "Roles" within the university, based upon the information that is known about the user.  These University Roles will provide access to different applications once a user has Authenticated through our Enterprise Identity Management System.  University Accounts are protected using Mulit-Factor Authentication.

This service is provided to receive help with your University Account.

SLA:  For non-urgent issues you can expect a reply within 4 business hours.
