Request to arrange one-on-one or group assistance in a classroom (note: non-emergency only). For emergencies, please pick up the black autodialing phone on the side of the classroom teaching station or call ext. 2910, option 3 - Classrooms.
Standard Services and Features
One-on-one and group training sessions by appointment. Assistance with classroom hardware and pre-installed base image software. Response to request within 2 business days. Training scheduled at a mutually agreed on time and classroom availability.
SLA: You can expect this service to be completed in 2 business days.
Constraints/Scope
Must be during a time when the classroom is open and not in use.
Must be scheduled in 30 minute blocks.
