Technology Services for Alumni

After graduation, ISU allows alumni to retain their ISU email account in Outlook.  If you graduated from ISU after 12/2010 you will continue to use your account at   If you need assistance you can contact the Technology Support Center at (812) 237-2910.

Student access to other Office 365 tools (e.g. OneDrive) is not available to alumni, per our Microsoft license, as of 60 days after graduation.  Access to Microsoft Office 365 services beyond Outlook may be purchased by alumni.  However, these would be personal accounts, not ISU accounts.  If such services are purchased within 60 days after graduation, alumni may move their files from ISU's OneDrive to their personal OneDrive account once it is activated.   If files are not moved out of OneDrive by 60 days after a student's graduation date, they may not be available after that point, and if lost, there will be no way to recover them.
