Description
TransForm is a Perceptive Content (Hyland) product that allows the Financial Aid Office to develop forms requesting information from students. These forms have the ability to require an electronic signature. TransForm forms integrate with the ImageNow imaging system, automatically saving the signed version of the form with the student record.

SLA: 5 Business Days
Constraints/Scope
Only specified users from the Financial Aid Office can make these requests. New forms that are significantly different from current forms will require an extended SLA, and may be required to be a project if the work effort is determined to be large. Due to constrained OIT resources, these requests may be put on hold for a period of time.
