Description
Perceptive Content (formerly ImageNow) is the document imaging system utilized by various offices on campus for electronic storage of documents.
This service is used to report an issue with ImageNow, including any functional issues, account issues, or log in issues.
Use the ImageNow – Create/Modify Account Services service to request a new account, modify an existing account, or transfer ownership of an account.

SLA: For non-urgent issues you can expect a reply within 4 business hours. Stop Work/Urgent request you can expect a reply within 15 minutes.
Constraints/Scope
This service incident is only for ISU Departments:
- Departments utilizing the ImageNow desktop client.
- Departments utilizing the WebNow client.

- Employee Name
- University Username
- Issue type
- Description of the issue
