Based on the information provided in the request form, OIT will route the issue to the appropriate personnel and troubleshooting team. Specifically, you can report issues with the following applications:

Emergency Work Stoppage: If this is a critical issue halting work, please call x2910 immediately.
SLA: For non-urgent issues you can expect a reply within 4 business hours.
Scope/Constraints
The Technology Support Center provides technical assistance exclusively for applications directly related to academic or university business use. This does not include training.
