Qualtrics is the world’s most agile platform for experience improvement, making it easy to monitor, respond to, and improve every key aspect of a situation along the academic journey and incorporate feedback into every decision.

Use this service to report an issue accessing, processing, creating, emailing etc.using your assigned ISU Qualtrics account and to request any consultations you might need to build and deliver your surveys.

SLA:  For non-urgent issues you can expect a reply within 4 business hours. Stop Work/Urgent request you can expect a reply within 15 minutes.  


  • Current Faculty, Staff, and Sponsored Students.
  • For survey consultations, users are expected to have electronic versions of survey questions and associated answers ready, and to compile their own distribution list(s) where and when applicable. When requesting a consultation, please have the purpose of the survey established, know the survey release date, and attach to your request the survey questions / answers in Microsoft Word format.
  • Users have the responsibility to obtain IRB approval, distribute surveys, collect responses, and analyze corresponding response data.


Qualtrics is a browser based tool that requires no client side application to install.

To request an account for yourself or to sponsor a student account, go to the  "Accounts and Passwords" service.



Software as a Service, maintenance and upgrades are performed by the vendor with early notifications.
