Argos - Report an Issue

Description

This service is strictly for reporting problems with Argos and or to request assistance beyond standard account creation and modifications.

Please use the Argos - Account Services  to request a new account, or to request a modification or deactivation of any existing accounts.

Standard Service Features

SLA: You can expect a response to this incident within 4 business hours.

Constraint/Scope

This service incident is only for ISU Departments utilizing Argos reporting services.

Directions

At a minimum you will need to provide the following required information to report an issue.

  • Employee Name 
  • University Username
  • Issue type
  • Description of the issue
