ISU promotes the purchase and support of faculty and staff computers with standard configurations. Using standard computers promotes the consistency and effectiveness of use in most cases. Non-standard purchases will be made following a review and approval process, with appropriate reporting of these exceptions.

ISU provides some technology services to retirees, but important changes take place at the retirement date which may require action.
