This article describes how to use the built in Project reports to check status of an individual project and the status of all the projects which you are either (1) a project manager, (2) alternative project management, or (3) a designated team member on a project.

Project Status Report
A project status report is a report that shows the detailed status for a selected project, over a specified period of time.
My Project Status Report
A project status report is a report that shows the detailed status for all the project, which you are a project manager, alternative project manager, or a designated team member.
Preconditions:
- You must have access to the Projects application.
- To run the "My Project Status Report", you must either be:
- Project Manager for at least one project
- Alternate Project Manager for at least one project
- Be assigned as a resource for at least one project.
Steps
- Open the Projects Application in TDNext (Technician View)
- In the "Reports" section on the left, select "Status Reports"
- Choose one of the following reports

- Date range (required)
- Project/Workspace (required)
- Report comments (optional)
- Check/uncheck the fields you want to show in the report
- Click
- Scroll to view the details of the report.
