Company Portal Quick Start Guide


This article will assist you with understanding what Company Portal is and how to access it. The Company Portal is an application similar to the Software Center that allows you to access applications and review information about your device. Company Portal is only accessible by ISU owned devices on Windows 10 and Windows 11.




The default page that will launch when opened. It will present brief and quick information such as applications, your device name, and device compliance.


The location for applications that are from SCCM and Intune.

App Categories

Groups that the applicable apps will fall under.

Downloads & updates

Lists installed apps and updates to installed apps.


Shows the device you are currently using to access Company Portal.

Help & support

Displays the contact information for the Office of Information Technology and the Knowledge Base.

The Company Portal is accessible from your search bar: Type “Company Portal” and click on the application.


Accessing the Company Portal (Two Options):

  1. Go to Start Menu > All Programs > Company Portal.
  2. Search for “Company Portal” in the start menu.
  3. Here is what the application looks like: Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
