Description
The purpose of this service request is to facilitate the pickup of unused IT equipment owned by ISU. The equipment can be anything IT related, such as desktop computers, laptops, docking stations, monitors, and peripherals.
Standard Service Features
Equipment will taken back to OIT to be cleaned, wiped/erased, and prepared for others at ISU to request or retired. These devices will be held for a grace period of 14 days before data erasure to allow for any necessary data retrieval. This process ensures a smooth transition while adhering to data security protocols.

SLA: You can typically expect this service to be completed in 5 business days.
Scope/Constraints
Pick-up times are generally available during normal ISU operating hours (Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm). Equipment must be owned by ISU.
Note: OIT does not accept any CRT ("Tube TVs") monitors. CRT monitor disposal must be arranged with Facilities.

Alternatively, you may drop-off ISU equipment with the Technology Support Center in the basement of Stalker Hall (Room 009). Refer to our Getting Help article for Walk-in office hours.
