Introduction
Staff and Faculty have the ability to look-up which computers and tablets the University has them listed as either the primary user or responsible user of those devices.
Steps
To see computers or tablets that are listed in your name:
- Click sign in at the top right of this page. If you already signed in, continue to step 2.
- Once signed in, you should see your name in the top right. Click on your name and select "My Profile".
- Clicking My Profile will take you to a new page with details about yourself. At the bottom of the screen, you will see a section titled "My Assets"
- My Assets will list out any computers or tablets that ISU has assigned to you.
- Clicking on an asset will open a new window with asset details including recorded location.
Additional Information
If you have devices that are not listed under your name, devices that have been transferred to someone else, or devices where the location has change - submit a Computer Inventory - Update Request. Your assistance will help us keep an accurate inventory of computers and tablets across campus.
Additionally, if you have devices that need to be returned as they are no longer needed, submit an IT Equipment Return request.
