Conference Room Audio/Video Training Request

Description

Request to arrange one-on-one or group assistance in a conference room (note: non-emergency only). For emergencies, call 812-237-2910 Option #3.

 

Standard Features

Use this service to request a consultation for any audio/video (A/V) in a conference room.  This includes consultation on how to set up and use the controls, such as the touch screens, remotes, projectors, and teleconferencing (and others).  Assistance with conference room hardware and pre-installed base image software. Response to request within 5 business days. Training scheduled at a mutually agreed on time and conference room availability.

SLA:  Requests will be responded to within 5 business days.

Scope/Constraints

Non-standard equipment would increase our time to resolution as well as room accessibility.

Office hours:       M-F 8:00am to 4:30pm
