Software Installation - ISU Owned Machines

Description

Use this service to request support for installing software on ISU owned machines.

Standard Features

In most cases, support for installation can be done through a remote session with a Technology Support Center (TSC) Help Desk technician. However, a IT Consultant will be deployed if a remote session does not satisfy your needs.

Scope/Constraints

  • This service is only for support of ISU owned computers.
  • If you are looking to install software on a personally owned machine select the Knowledge Base Article (on the right) titled Install Software on Personal Computers.

Directions

  1. Check if the software is available in the Company Portal and install from that location if possible. This will not required any OIT intervention.
  2. If you cannot install the software contact the Technology Support Center at 812-237-2910 or submit the ticket. 
    1. If you submit a ticket, you will be contacted to set up a time for a remote session.
