Software Installation - ISU Owned Machines

Description

Use this service to request support for installing software on ISU owned machines.

Standard Features

In most cases, support for installation can be done through a remote session with a Technology Support Center (TSC) Help Desk technician. However, a IT Consultant will be deployed if a remote session does not satisfy your needs.

Scope/Constraints

  • This service is only for support of ISU owned computers.
  • If you are looking to install software on a personally owned machine select the Knowledge Base Article (on the right) titled Install Software on Personal Computers.

Directions

  1. If this software package is included in the Software Center, try installing or updating the software directly from the Software Center.
  2. If you cannot install the software from the Software Center, or the software center doesn't contain your software, contact the Technology Support Center or submit the ticket.
