Description
Use this service to request support for installing software on ISU owned machines.
Standard Features
In most cases, support for installation can be done through a remote session with a Technology Support Center (TSC) Help Desk technician. However, a IT Consultant will be deployed if a remote session does not satisfy your needs.
Scope/Constraints
- This service is only for support of ISU owned computers.
- If you are looking to install software on a personally owned machine select the Knowledge Base Article (on the right) titled Install Software on Personal Computers.
Directions
- Check if the software is available in the Company Portal and install from that location if possible. This will not required any OIT intervention.
- If you cannot install the software contact the Technology Support Center at 812-237-2910 or submit the ticket.
- If you submit a ticket, you will be contacted to set up a time for a remote session.
