Use this service to request support for installing software on ISU owned machines.
Standard Features
In most cases, support for installation can be done through a remote session with a Technology Support Center (TSC) Help Desk technician. However, a IT Consultant will be deployed if a remote session does not satisfy your needs.
Scope/Constraints
- This service is only for support of ISU owned computers.
- If you are looking to install software on a personally owned machine select the Knowledge Base Article (on the right) titled Install Software on Personal Computers.
Directions
- If this software package is included in the Software Center, try installing or updating the software directly from the Software Center.
- If you cannot install the software from the Software Center, or the software center doesn't contain your software, contact the Technology Support Center or submit the ticket.
