Blue Reports - Report an Issue

Description

Blue Reports contains various reports concerning enrollment management, student success, graduation, and retention. The reports show key metrics and trends over time.

This service is used to report an issue with BlueReports, including any functional issues, account issues, or log in issues.

Standard Service Features

  • This service is strictly for reporting issues with Blue Reports.
  • Use the Blue Reports - New Account Services to request a new account, modify an existing account, or transfer ownership of an account (see the related article)

SLA:  For non-urgent issues you can expect a reply within 4 business hours. Stop Work/Urgent request you can expect a reply within 15 minutes.  

Constraints/Scope

This service incident is only for ISU Employees that have access to ISU Blue Reports.
