SLA: For non-urgent issues you can expect a reply within 4 business hours. Stop Work/Urgent request you can expect a reply within 15 minutes.
Constraints/Scope
This service incident is only for ISU Departments:
- Departments utilizing the Skillsoft desktop client.
- Departments utilizing the Skillsoft client.

- University Username
- Issue type
- Description of the issue
