Argos - Report an Issue


Argos delivers data-driven insights needed to make timely, better-informed decisions using database-derived information in the form of reports that can accommodate many different formats and delivery capabilities. Standard Service Features

This service is strictly for reporting issues with Argos.

Use the Argos - Account Services  to request a new account, modify an existing account, or transfer ownership of an account (see the related article)

SLA: You can expect a response to this incident within 4 business hours.


This service incident is only for ISU Departments utilizing Argos reporting services.


At a minimum you will need to provide the following required information to report an issue.

  • Employee Name 
  • University Username
  • Issue type
  • Description of the issue
