Description
This form is to request collaboration with University Marketing on print/digital collateral. Depending upon the request, the next steps include meeting with UM, setting a timeline for completion, and delivery of assets.
Service Features
This service allows you to put in a request to collaborate with UM on the creation of:
- Flyers
- Booklets
- Postcards
- Recruitment collateral
- Graphics
The service is ONLY for staff/faculty projects that are specific to recruitment or general university needs. This does not include personal projects, student projects, etc.
Scope/Constraints
- This form only guarantees that a project request will be reviewed, but there is not a guarantee that the project will be approved.
- Projects under UM's care are prioritized based on intent, with recruitment-based projects taking top priority.
- In the event the project cannot be taken under UM's care for reasons of time constraints, a project manager will reach out to help coordinate alternatives (if applicable).
