How to Remove the Zoom Plugin from Outlook

Introduction

Effective June 1, 2026, ISU will no longer provide access to Zoom. 

Steps

If you previously installed the Zoom Plugin for Outlook, you may wish to remove it by following the steps below. 

  1. In Outlook, click the More Apps icon at the bottom of the left-hand list:

  2. Select Add Apps in the lower right corner:

  3. Select Manage Your Apps at the bottom of the list:

  4. Find Zoom for Outlook Extension and click the three dots on the far right:

  5. Select Remove

  6. Confirm Remove from the pop-up:

  7. Close and relaunch Outlook to complete the extension removal.
