Note: This guide only applies to users on the Microsoft Teams system using a Polycom desk phone. This applies to all models of Polycom Phone on the 2023 update.

Steps
ALWAYS: *33* (Immediate Forward)

- The phone will ring 4-6 times and then hang up on its own
- The Call Forward is now set
T-OUT: *34* (Ring your Device Then Forward to Another Phone)

- The phone will ring 4-6 times and then hang up on its own
- The Call Forward is now set
R-ALSO: *35* (Ring Your Phone, Ring Another Phone. If there is no answer, go to your voicemail)
- Dial *35*<extension>
- The phone will ring 4-6 times and then hang up on its own
- The Call Forward is now set
RESET (Remove All Call Forward Settings)
- Dial *32*
- The phone will ring 4-6 times and then hang up on its own
- The Call Forward is now disabled
