Team Dynamix – Change Request

Description

The service allows Clients and Technicians to request changes in content, structure, tasks, or workflows for Services, Incidents, Reports, Desktops and Knowledge Base Articles.

Standard Features

This services accepts change requests, which will then be placed into the OIT Change Control process for review, approval, and implementation (if required)

SLA:  You can expect to see a response to your change request within 1 business day.

Scope/Constraints

While you can submit requests for changes in Knowledge Base Articles, you can also may be able to provide feedback directly on the Knowledge Base Article.

In addition, not every change request will be automatically accepted, any change request will be placed into the OIT Change Control process for review and approval.

Complete the form and supply all the required information.  Be as specific as you can on the impact on the Service, Incident, or Knowledge Base article issue and how you believe the change will resolve the issue.   

In  addition, be as specific as you can on the correction or addition you believe will resolve the issue.
