Description
Directory information, including location details, university telephone number, are provided to authenticated users through the Microsoft Office 365 platform. This information can be accessed from the Office 365 portal, or from Sycamore Root. By providing this information through Office 365, after users are authenticated, we are able to utilize a secure method to effectively allow users to search for contact information of other faculty and staff. Only individuals with a university telephone number will have contact information available.

Scope/Constraints
- Only individuals with a university telephone number will have contact information displayed
- Contact information is only displayed for faculty and staff
- Requests for updates must be provided by the individual the updates apply to, or their department leadership
- Updates submitted here only apply to the Office 365 directory, updates to the public indianastate.edu directory must be submitted using the process outlined in the article: Update Job Title and Professional Picture in ISU Faculty and Staff Directory
- Updates to department, title, or organization structure cannot be completed with this form. Individuals needing one of these changes should contact Human Resources.
