Events Management System (EMS) - Report an Issue

Description

EMS is a user-friendly room scheduling application designed to manage the non-academic meetings and events that occur here at Indiana State University.

Standard Services and Features

Use this service to report any functional issues associated with the EMS.

SLA:  For non-urgent issues you can expect a reply within 4 business hours. Stop Work/Urgent request you can expect a reply within 15 minutes.

Software as a Service, maintenance and upgrades are performed by the vendor with early notifications.
