Argos - Deactivate Account Request

Description

Standard Services and Features

As an ISU employee, you will use this service to:

  • Request an Argos account be deactivated/disabled.

SLA:  You can expect this service to be completed in 4-business days

Constraints and Scope

  • Employee's supervisor or an Argos Security Officer are the only persons who can request that an Argos account be deleted.

Delete an Argos Account

Please select the Request Argos Delete Account button and complete the form with as much detail as possible.  All requests should be made by the employee's supervisor or an Argos Security Officer. The requester will need to provide the following required information:

  • Requester is the account holder's supervisor or an Argos Security Officer's full name
  • Dept of the account holder.
  • Full Name (First/Last) of the account holder.
  • Argos ID (Argos User Name) of the account holder.
  • University ID of the account holder.
  • University User name of the account holder.
  • University email of the account holder.
  • Phone/Extension of the account holder.

This service request is for disabling an Argos account. There are separate services to add, transfer, or modify an existing Argos account. If you are having any account issues, or other problems with Argos, please use the “Argos – Report an Issue”.
