Description
Use this service to report any issues that you have with the Office 365 applications such as OneDrive, OneNote, Delve or other provided applications.
For email and calendaring issues submit a Email - Report an Issue incident report.
Standard Features
When the Help Desk receives a notification of an Office 365 problem a Help Technician or a IT Consultant will work with you to identify and solve the issue. There are also several self-help articles and tutorials, which can be found at:
SLA: For non-urgent issues you can expect resolution within 3 business days. Stop Work/Urgent request you can expect a reply within 15 minutes.
Scope/Constraints
The service only deals with issues arising from the Office 365 migration, merge, and any new Office 365 features.
