TeamDynamix - Change Request

Description

The service allows Clients and Technicians to request changes in content, structure, tasks, or workflows for Services, Incidents, Reports, Desktops and Knowledge Base Articles.

Standard Features

This services accepts change requests, which will then be reviewed by the IT Service Management team.

Scope/Constraints

While you can submit requests for changes in Knowledge Base Articles, you can also provide feedback directly on the Knowledge Base Article.

In addition, not every change request will be automatically accepted. Changes will be reviewed and discussed by IT leadership if necessary.

Complete the form and supply all the required information.  Be as specific as you can on the impact on the Service, Incident, or Knowledge Base article issue and how you believe the change will resolve the issue.
