PeopleAdmin - Report an Issue

Description

PeopleAdmin is used for Position Management, Personnel Evauluations and Employment Recruitment and Application Processes for all temporary (SHRA, EHRA Non-Faculty & Visiting/Part-time Faculty) and permanent SHRA, EHRA Faculty and Non-Faculty positions.

This service is used to report an issue with PeopleAdmin, including any functional issues, account issues, or log in issues. PeopleAdmin is supported by the HR department.

Standard Services and Features 

  • This service is strictly for reporting issues with PeopleAdmin
  • Access PeopleAdmin through the Human Resources website: www.indstate.edu/humres

SLA:  For non-urgent issues you can expect a reply within 4 business hours. Stop Work/Urgent request you can expect a reply within 15 minutes.  

Constraints/Scope

This service incident is only for ISU Employees that use the PeopleAdmin system.

Directions

At a minimum you will need to provide the following required information:

  • Employee Name 
  • University Username
  • Description of the issue

Maintenance

This is a Software as a Service (SaaS) product.  The Vendor is responsible for the upgrade schedules and maintenance times.
