Introduction
The PDF Document and Remediation Platform (PREP) is a cloud-based PDF and document remediation platform that simplifies and accelerates PDF remediation to ensure accessible communications among people with disabilities using assistive technology such as screen magnifiers, screen readers, and alternative computer input devices. PREP will help ISU faculty make course PDF documents accessible and ADA-compliant, ensuring users have access to content regardless of perceived disabilities.
Accessing Your PREP Account
1. Login to the MyISU Experience Portal.
2. Select My Apps.
3. Select the Apps tab.
4. Click the PREP tile.
5. At the Indiana State University User Login- Welcome to PREP Console screen, Click the blue Sign In button.
6. Complete your ISU login and authentication in the screens that display.
7. You will then see your PREP Dashboard.
8. Hover over the black navigation menu on the left and select Upload File to begin.
9. At the File Upload screen, Select the blue Upload File From Canvas LMS button.
10. Click the blue Authorize button at the Canvas authorization screen.
11. You will see your Canvas courses listed.
NOTE: You will need to click Authorize at each PREP interaction with Canvas.
