Description
Gravyty IO is Indiana State University's chatbot platform for providing 24 hour access to AI assisted knowledge as well as live agent chat support.
Standard Service Features
This service will add users to be able to access the Gravyty IO platform. Departments will still need to edit the user(s) permissions further once added to the platform.
SLA: You can expect this service to be completed within 5 business days.
Scope/Constraints
The following departments can request access and access removal.

- Advising
- Financial Aid
- OIT
- Registrar
- ResLife
- Title XI
