Description
Departments who need to make updates to their content on Indianastate.edu or the Sycamore Root can request Web Editor access.
Standard Features
This service will begin the process for requesting access to edit specific pages on the University’s external website or Sycamore Root. A supervisor’s approval will be required during the process.
Note: For Sycamore Root access, departments can add additional editors themselves. For instructions on how to do so, see the following FAQ article: ISU Sycamore Root Intranet - Frequently Asked Questions
SLA: You can expect this service to be completed in 5 business days.
Scope/Constraints
This request can only be made by current faculty or staff. Access may be granted to student employees, but their supervisor will also need to attend training.
