Description
The University Intranet hosts and shares information relevant to authenticated users including Students, Faculty, Staff, Affiliates, and Retirees. This service is for users to report that the intranet is unavailable or not working as expected.
Note: Departments manage their content and features individually. If a departmental site is working, but you are unable to find content, contact the department before submitting this ticket.
Standard Services and Features
Using this service allows authenticated users the ability to report that a department’s intranet site is broken or unavailable.
SLA: For non-urgent issues you can expect a reply within 4 business hours.
Constraints/Scope
The ability to meet the SLA’s for this service assumes relatively small changes to existing pages. If additional time or planning is necessary to complete the request, the requester will be contacted for additional clarification, discussion and to discuss the timeline needed to complete the request.
