Description

The University Website hosts and shares information relevant to the general public, potential students, faculty, staff and student parents. This service is for users to report that the University Website or a Departmental website is unavailable or not working as expected.

Standard Services and Features

Using this service allows users to report that the University Website or a Department website is broken or unavailable.

SLA:  For non-urgent issues you can expect a reply within 4 business hours.

Constraints/Scope

This service is not for reporting issues with the Sycamore Root.

Directions

Complete the required fields. If you don’t know or can’t get the URL or address of the broken website, please provide department name of the site you are trying to view. Ex: Admissions
