The University Website hosts and shares information relevant to the general public, potential students, faculty, staff and student parents. This service is for users to report that the University Website or a Departmental website is unavailable or not working as expected.
Note: Departments manage their content and features individually. If a departmental site is working, but you are unable to find content, contact the department before submitting this ticket.
Standard Services and Features
Using this service allows users the to report that a department’s intranet site is broken or unavailable.
SLA: For non-urgent issues you can expect a reply within 4 business hours.
Constraints/Scope
This service is not for reporting issues with the Intranet.
