SLA: You can expect this service to be completed in 5 business days.
Constraints/Scope
- Employees cannot make requests on their own behalf.
- Supervisors should make requests for employees.
- Requests can only be made for Current Employees.
- Employee must have a Signed FERPA agreement on file.
