Civitas Inspire - Account Request


Civitas Inspire is a student success software that brings all student data together to build complete student profiles which promote informed collaboration and communication across university academic, engagement, enrollment, financial, and student support services. Through the use of data and analytics, predictive intelligence, case management, and communication tools, users will be able to improve student outcomes by streamlining workflows, prioritizing outreach, and coordinating action. 

Standard Services and Features

  • Civitas Inspire Account Creation
  • Civitas Inspire Access Removal
  • Modify existing permissions to Security Areas and Environments.
  • Request Access to specific functions within the Civitas Product.

SLA:  You can expect this service to be completed in 5 business days.


  • Employees cannot make requests on their own behalf.
  • Supervisors should make requests for employees.
  • Requests can only be made for Current Employees.
  • Employee must have a Signed FERPA agreement on file.

Once your account has been setup, you will receive an email from Civitas with instructions for logging in. You will then receive an email containing links to resources, training modules, and the Civitas Learning Hub for asynchronous learning. Dates for upcoming training sessions will be shared as announcements in Civitas or in the global.
