Description

Automated outbound campaigns provide methods of using an automatic dialer to dial a pool of numbers and playing a prerecorded audio file.  This service allows for the quick delivery of information from campus departments.

Constraints/Scope

This service can only be requested by staff in the New Student Transition Programs department.  Please contact them if your department has a need for this type of functionality.

Directions

Please enter the requested data in the form.  Also, please attach the contact list, after verifying phone number accuracy, and the audio file(s).  Office of Information Technology will not be responsible for formatting any phone numbers in the list.  Any incorrectly formatted numbers may not be dialed by the system.  Numbers should be in the format +1xxxxxxxxxx.
