- Banner Workflow User Account Creation with effective from date (begin date).
- Banner Workflow User Account Deactivation with effective to date (end date).
- Request Roles to be assigned to Account with effective from date (begin date).
- Request Role to be removed from existing account with effective to date (end date).
SLA: You can expect to have a response to this request 30 business days.
Constraints/Scope
- Workflow Owners are the only staff who can request accounts and roles.
- Workflow Owners can request Accounts and Roles pertaining to only their workflows.
