Events Management System (EMS) - Report an Issue

Description

EMS is a user-friendly room scheduling application designed to manage the non-academic meetings and events that occur here at Indiana State University.

Standard Services and Features

Use this service to report any technical / non-functional issues associated with EMS (i.e. - inaccessible web pages or interfaces, downed services, login problems, or issues arising from upgrades, etc.). Help for scheduling and or room / building configuration issues can be obtained by reaching out to the Indiana State University Conferences and Events team by either visiting their http://venues.indstate.edu/conferences-meetings/ website or by contacting them directly either via phone at 812-237-3817 or via e-mail at isu-conferenceandeventservices@mail.indstate.edu. Direct vendor support from the Accruent company can be accomplished by sending an e-mail to support@accruent.com (which is encouraged for non-technical / usage issues).

SLA:  For non-urgent issues you can expect a reply within 4 business hours. Stop Work/Urgent request you can expect a reply within 15 minutes.

Maintenance

Staggered monthly upgrades between the production and test environments (to allow for feature testing) with updates applied by the Office of Information Technology / Institutional Computing Services Courseware and Reporting group. Corresponding notifications and related information related to the system and its upgrades can be received by subscribing to the adms-ems-admin-l@listserv.indstate.edu listserv e-mail address that users can subscribe to on their own at the following ISU listserv URL: https://listserv.indstate.edu/scripts/wa.exe?SUBED1=ADMS-EMS-ADMIN-L&A=1.
