Description
The Events Management System (EMS) is a user-friendly room scheduling application designed to manage the non-academic meetings and events that occur here at Indiana State University.
Standard Services and Features
As an ISU employee, you will use this service to:
- Request a new EMS account.
SLA: You can expect this service to be completed in 4 business days.
Constraints and Scope
- EMS accounts are provided to staff and student members of the Indiana State University community only.
- Requests will be vetted on a per-case basis if circumstances require it (i.e. - verifying requests by contacting supervisors, etc.).

Once the account has been created, the new account holder will be notified via e-mail. The new account holder should receive training from within their department but additional information can also be obtained from success.emssoftware.com
