Departmental Printer - Request Needs Analysis Consultation

Description

If the current printing solution is not meeting the needs of the department, OIT will provide a consultation service to identify the specific needs and determine which available solution is the best fit.

Standard Services and Features

After the consultation results in a recommendation, that recommendation will be provided to Ricoh for implementation.  There is no fee for the consultation, however Ricoh will charge for printing services.

SLA:  You can expect this service to be completed in 5 business days.

Constraints/Scope 

Only Faculty or Staff may submit a Departmental Printer – Request Needs Analysis Consultation Request.

Printing services for ISU are provided by Ricoh.  All OIT recommendations will involve the use of Ricoh printers.

Directions

Most requests will call for a billing index code.  If the requestor does not have that information, the process may be delayed.
