How to Update a Computer Asset for Student Employee Use

Introduction

The following is a quick guide for documenting a student employee on a computer asset in TeamDynamix.

Steps

Open the asset in the Technician view of TeamDynamix (TDNext).

  1. Click the Users tab.
  2. Click the green +Person button
  3. This will provide you with a TeamDynamix search. You may search by name, email, University ID, University Username, etc.
  4. Select the student employee you wish to add to the device
  5. Click Save
