How to Look-up an Asset(s) for an Individual

Introduction

This is a quick guide on how to look-up an asset assigned to an individual

Steps

To find an asset assigned to an individual, you may use the People application in the Technician view of TeamDynamix (TDNext).

  1. Search for the individual and open up their profile
  2. Click on the Assets tab on their profile
  3. This will display any assets with the individual listed as the ownerUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  4. Opening an asset here will give you the same functionality of viewing or editing the asset anywhere else based on the permissions you have.
