Introduction
Respondus is a powerful tool for creating and managing exams offline that can be later printed to paper or published directly to Canvas.
Starting July 01, 2024, instructors should install Respondus from Company Portal on their Windows machines.

Steps to Install Respondus
1. On your Windows machine, in the "Type here to search" box at the lower left corner, type in "company portal".
2. When "Company Portal App" pops up, click on it.
3. Once the Company Portal opens, click on "Apps" on the left, then scroll down on the right to locate Respondus logo and click on it.
4. Click on the "Install" button to start installation. Make sure you save the license information as you'll need it later.
5. When installation completes, upon first-time launch of Respondus, you'll be prompted to enter the license information.
6. The installation password will be valid for only one year, and expired at the end of each July.
When you are prompted for the new license key, repeat steps 1,2 and 3 to access the new license information.
