If you get a new cell phone and keep the same phone number you can use an alternate method when logging in then have the code texted to it. You can still use Outlook the same way you always have once you have set up MFA and authenticated the first time. However, if you use a web browser for accessing O365 you will be required to use MFA.

Will I be able to set up my personal computer to access email?

If you have your computer set up at home to access ISU email on Outlook you will be required to use MFA the first time only. However, if you use a web browser for accessing O365 you will be required to use MFA.

Will I have to authenticate while I am on campus?

No. As long as you are on campus and using a campus IP address you will not have to use MFA, but you are still required to set up MFA regardless if you are on or off campus.
