Kronos Workforce Management System - Report an Issue

Description

Kronos Workforce Mangement System is the Time and Attendance Reporting System used for submitting employee hours to Payroll. The Kronos Web timecard system is an efficient tool for time keeping compliance, as it will automatically record holidays, calculate total hours and overtime, in addition to displaying accrued sick and vacation balances

Recording time is done through two means:  Web Interface and Phone Input.

This service is to be used for reporting problems with using the Kronos Workforce Management System.

Standard Service Features

This service is strictly for reporting issues with Kronos.

SLA:  For non-urgent issues you can expect a reply within 4 business hours. Stop Work/Urgent request you can expect a reply within 15 minutes.  

Constraints/Scope

This service incident is only for ISU Departments:

  • All employees that must report time worked for their hourly pay and all supervisors of hourly employees.
  • Supervisors and Time Approvers of employees that must report time.

Directions

You will need to provide the following required information:

  • Employee Name 
  • University Username
  • Description of the issue

Maintenance

Second Wednesday of every month.  Product upgrades are scheduled in coordination with the ISU Payroll Office.
